User Responsibilities

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 93350 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits via supported local payment methods including bank transfers and e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change and will be communicated through the platform.
Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered in the same user's name. 93350 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on the method chosen and system workload.

In such cases, any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with 93350's internal policies and applicable laws.
Users may also request voluntary closure of their account by contacting the support team. Once an account is closed, all data and transaction records will be retained for the period required under applicable data protection law before being permanently deleted.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure. Users will be notified by email before any such action is taken.
